CrossFit is performing “functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity “.  It was developed to offer a full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics, core training and more to prepare the body for the unexpected.  CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains:

  • Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance
  • Stamina
  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Power
  • Speed
  • Coordination
  • Agility
  • Balance
  • Accuracy

The CrossFit Program enhances an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. This fitness is demanded of military and police personnel, firefighters, and many sports requiring total or complete physical prowess. The Beach Bound CrossFit programming is scaled and suitable for all ages and physical conditions. Anybody that has a body can be an athlete at Beach Bound Crossfit.
