Yoga/Mobility Class

Beach Bound Crossfit offers a weekly yoga/mobility class in which members are exposed to static and dynamic stretches as well as restorative mobility positions. Foam rolling, lacrosse ball, bands, and a mat may be used during the class.

The goal of the yoga/mobility class is to improve athletic performance, prevent injury and optimize movement patterns that can be restricted due to lack of mobility in the joints.
